Sibelius dog 1957. Svanar hade en s\u00e4rskild plats i Jannes hj\u00e4rta. De \u00e4r n\u00e4stan den enda tidiga barndomsminnet som Sibelius hade: han hade sett p\u00e5 en bok med svanar i sin fars famn. Pappan dog n\u00e4r Janne var tv\u00e5 \u00e5r gammal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det var ocks\u00e5 intressant att h\u00f6ra att Sibelius inte ville f\u00f6rklara sin musik. Den skulle upplevas. En full\u00e4ndad dikt kunde heller inte g\u00f6ras till musik, eftersom det d\u00e5 skulle ha beg\u00e5tts or\u00e4ttvisa mot olika konstformer.
