Aino Peltomaa is a Finnish freelance singer, musician, arranger, pedagogue, producer and artistic director with an international career. She has created her unique style through her in-depth study of medieval and Renaissance music, combining elements of folk, free improvisation and contemporary music.
Peltomaa collaborates cross-artistically with representatives of different artistic disciplines as well as with renowned international artists. The latest releases of the ensembles she leads, ÆR and Komorebi, UT and RE, have received excellent reviews, an Emma Award nomination, a YLE Album of the Year nomination and the “Early Music Act of the Year” award.

Eira Karlson is a singer, violinist and fiddler. As a fiddler, she has had an international career with Oliphant, an ensemble specialising in truveau music, Sufira, an ensemble specialising in Ars subtilior, and Amor ceu, an ensemble specialising in early medieval music. She is a violinist in the Lappeenranta City Orchestra and sings in the Helsinki Chamber Choir.
Karlson has also specialised in classical Arabic music and studied Arabic violin playing in Cairo with Saad Mohamed Hassan. She has also played in the Al Teslim band, founded by her father Leif Karlson, since 1992.
Karlson graduated as a vocal pedagogue from the early music department of the Metropolia University of Music and as a violin pedagogue from Lahti University of Applied Sciences.
Anna-Maaria Oramo is an internationally performing music director, harpsichordist and singer specialising in early music. As a harpsichordist, Oramo has performed all over the world since 2003 as a soloist and as a member of the Helsinki Baroque Orchestra, the Finnish Baroque Orchestra, Orfeo 55 and Ensemble Matheus. She is featured on several recordings.
Oramo has also made several radio and television recordings for YLE and ARTE and has recorded for the Alba, Aeolus, Erato and Naxos labels. She holds a doctorate in music.
